Race Stats

Terms of Use

Please read the safety section. Race Stats is a measurement tool. Only use it where it is legal and safe — on closed courses, race tracks and drag strips — and never interact with your phone while driving or riding.

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Race Stats you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If these terms conflict with the applicable store terms, the store terms prevail.

2. Safe and lawful use

Obey all traffic laws. Do not use Race Stats to race, speed or perform tests on public roads.
Mount your phone securely before you set off. Do not hold or operate your phone while driving or riding.
Motorsport is dangerous. You are solely responsible for how you drive or ride and for any consequences.

3. Measurements are estimates

Times, speeds, lean angles, g-forces, estimated power, weather-corrected times and lap times are calculated from your device's GPS and motion sensors and can be affected by signal quality, mounting and calibration. They are provided for entertainment and personal reference, not for official timing, certification, insurance or legal purposes.

4. Race Stats Pro subscriptions

Race Stats Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

5. Leaderboards and content you submit

If you submit a time to a leaderboard, you allow us to display your display name, car model and result to other users. Don't submit offensive names or results you know are not genuine; we may remove entries or restrict leaderboard access at our discretion.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features of the app. We try to keep the app available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smooth Path Digital S.R.L. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury, damage, fines or loss resulting from your use of the app or from driving or riding. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
