Where is my save? The game saves automatically on your device every few game days and whenever you leave the app, and keeps a backup copy. It is not synced between devices.
What happens while I am away? When you come back, up to 90 days pass at the speed you left the game on, and a note tells you how your cash changed. A paused game stays paused.
How do I start over? Open the Finance tab and tap New game at the bottom. This replaces your current game.
Why can I not renovate or build? Bigger renovations and every building type are unlocked on the Research tab. On your own you can run one project at a time; hire staff on the Office tab to run more at once.
Why was tax taken from my sale? Selling a property within a year of buying it pays 20% tax on the profit, and every purchase has 2% closing costs. Holding longer avoids the tax.
How do auctions work? Bidding needs a 10% deposit, which comes back if someone outbids you. If you win, the rest of the price plus closing costs is paid when the auction closes, so keep the cash ready.
Why did the game end? If your cash stays below zero for 30 days, the company goes bankrupt. You get a warning after two weeks: sell something or take a loan against a property.
Is there any real money involved? No. Everything in the game is simulated. It is not financial or investment advice.
